5/5 Excellent
"I visited the hotel around the same time last year while COVID was still a popular word. The service quality remains high this time though the price is higher which could be expected. We stayed at a room on 10th floor overlooking the sea and enjoying the picturesque view. We had our superb meals served inside our room by a young lady Rika San who was professional. I noticed a whole family of sea lions/ otters(?) swimming in the early morning just around the harbour dam downstair. We opened the windows in the morning while breakfast was served to have a catch of the fresh air. A seagull almost flew in probably being attracted by the smell of grilled salmon! Another time of wonderful lodging experience in the same ryokan, nice!"
