"No cold or hot water at all, a lot of mesquites in side the room, window has gab not secured, if requests anything they will say ok but never show up. Finally they bring me water by buckets and they have two dogs at compound at night time crying for the whole night. I was there for 8 day3 I am really disappointed "

"It was NO way a 3-Star hotel. "

"This property is not serious. I had a long flight and when I arrived to the property late at night almost 2am they told me they had no more rooms Available. I had to go somewhere else and hunt for a room. Not only that they never gave me back my refund I had to wait almost a month after long disputes with them and Expedia in order to get my money back. If your a person or family coming from long distance I highly recommend you staying somewhere else not here. The owner is not serious "

"I Begaly Nargozuev through the Hotels.com resource in advance, for 10 days I booked 1 room in the Rainbow Aparts Kigali for 2 days, from February 10 to 12, and paid $ 48 through a Visa card. On February 10, I flew to Kigali and having hired a taxi, I arrived at the Rainbow Aparts hotel. But the hotel administration says to me: "I'm sorry, we have no seats." I stayed outside. "This was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had in all of my travel experience! I paid online and when I arrived they asked me to pay again. I refused to pay after showing my paid receipt. I ended up going to the police to resolve this nightmare!"
