"Fantastic views of lake. Spacious lovely rooms. Excellent friendly, super helpful customer service . Parking on site. Own Car or rental highly recommended . Lots of restaurants only a short drive away. Great breakfast with amazing views of lake."

"Close to public transport and plenty of eating places nearby. Room was nice. There is a communal kitchen shared by the three guest rooms which has free tea, coffee and snacks available. You can hear people if they are in this area but it was nice and quite when we were there. I would stay here again. "

"5 stars, everything about this place is fantastic. Its so clean, the balcony room is awesome. Close to the city centre, everything is in walking distance. Elisabetta helped me so much, she was so knowledgeable and helpful. After her being so helpful and attentive, we booked another 2 nights. Thank you Elisabetta!"

"This place is a hidden gem! Quiet, peaceful, and walkable to the the center of Como. Make sure to reserve a parking spot if driving in - we didn’t, and had to find street parking. Ended up working out but had to park a few mins away. Breakfast here was AMAZING, and the staff is so kind. We can’t recommend enough!"

"Beautiful experience!! This couple made us feel like family the moment we arrived! Their on site restaurant is fantastic, beyond our expectations, and reasonably priced! They suggested places to visit which we stellar and we so appreciated it! By far the nicest place we stayed during our tour of Italy!! And, the hosts are warm and welcoming! If you’re visiting Lake Como, this is the place to stay! "

"The apartment was very clean , spacious and tidy, fit for a family. No parking near the hotel, the only place to park is about 7 min walk from the place and we had to do several rounds with the car to find a suitable spot."

"Francesco is an amazing host. Kind and willing to help always. The room I was had broken lock but otherwise I felt well in the villa. The villa has amazing view to the Città Alta and the mountains behind them, which unfortunately might soon be hidden as there is a construction just next to the villa. Luckily it’s still there, so go drink some wine on the roof and enjoy the views. "

"I booked 3 nights to be next to my clients to photograph a wedding. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was nice a clean, breakfast was great, plenty of parking inside their gate, and the view of the lake can’t go wrong."

"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"Beautiful property with a view of Lake Como! Very welcoming stay with a delicious breakfast served each morning. Management went out of their way to make us feel special! A/C worked great and we loved the location…easy walking distance to ferry and a nice retreat from some of the busiest tourist spots on Lake Como. We walked right down from the hotel and had a refreshing dip in the lake each day. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!"

"Located 15 minute walk from centre or use the bus 2 minutes. Check in times restricted. Room good size wardrobe too tall could not reach upper clothes rail, bed uncomfortable could be resolved by putting topper on the mattress. Bathroom good size but needs a refurb bottom of outside of shower had brown staining on it. The fridge and kettle with coffee,tea was good. Overall good but needs a few small changes to make it better. We had breakfast and that was excellent and well worth the extra...

"Best place i stayed in by a long shot in Italy, the room was self check in , the room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable , there was some noise from the street at night but not too bad , I would stay here again, it really felt like a great place to base myself in Bergamo , the staff were very helpful and lovely people "

"Absolutely wonderful place to stay!! Quiet and peaceful and then very easy to go across the lake to explore. Beautiful two bedroom apartment. Comfortable beds and lovely linens. Breakfast was delicious! "
