Welcome to our beautiful gîte in Aizenay, a quiet location where you can enjoy large living spaces for wonderful moments with friends or family.

The house spans 305 m², and is an old farmhouse that has been completely renovated, with a vast contemporary extension containing the swimming pool and games room. The property offers 7,000 m² of land with little overlooking and views over the valley.

IMPORTANT: This accommodation is forbidden to parties and late evenings to respect the place and the neighboring house. A sound level measurement system is installed to detect any overflows. For security reasons, the accommodation is equipped with a remote monitoring system outside the housing (parking side).

- Living room with two sofas, flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove (wood is available in winter)

- Enclosed pool area with shower and toilet & 1 sauna
- 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x200), bedside tables and chest of drawers or closet
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and towel dryer
- Separate WC in hallway

UPSTAIRS: (4 bedrooms)
- One bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed (140x200), plus 2 foldaway beds
- One bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed (140x200) and a chest of drawers
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x200), bedside tables and chest of drawers
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and towel dryer
- Separate WC in corridor

OUTSIDE:
- 7,000m² of fenced grounds with few neighbours (landscaped park overlooking the Boëre valley - stream adjacent to the property)
- Furnished terrace: gas plancha, table with 18 chairs, Jacuzzi, 1 pétanque court with boules and 1 Breton shuffleboard.
We also provide 8 sunbeds.

→ If you fail to comply with the rules governing the use of the jacuzzi, you will be charged a minimum fee of €450 including tax.
→ If you fail to comply with the regulations governing the use of the sauna, you will be charged a minimum fee of €450 including VAT.
→ If you fail to comply with the rules governing the use of the swimming pool, you will be charged a fixed fee of at least €600 including VAT.

Up to 6 vehicles can be parked in the courtyard.
