Magnificent villa in Aix en Provence with stunning views. The property is surrounded by a 2000m2 garden and has a 10m by 4m swimming pool.

The Villa can accommodate families, couples of friends and work colleagues thanks to its 7 bedrooms which are equipped with 14 beds with double beds hotel category and 2 single beds in supplement if necessary, 4 bathrooms with showers in Italian, 4 independent suspended toilets.
The strong point of this villa is that it has two independent buildings which offer you the opportunity to stay with your family, a couple of friends, each having their own privacy, ideal for family gatherings.

A large living room of 70 m2 which has a kitchen open to the living room is very well equipped: dishwasher, hob with induction, oven, fridge freezer, warming drawer.

Large barbecue and summer kitchen available, several tables and garden lounges, deckchairs, parasol, ping-pong table, pétanque ground, children's playground and playground, gym.

The center of Aix en Provence is very close at 5 min.

The location is ideal for visiting the creeks of Cassis, the Camargue, the Côte d'Azur, the Lubéron.

Marseille Provence international airport is 25 minutes away, Aix en Provence TGV station is 15 minutes away.

This property does *not* have air conditioning
My family and I searched for homes in Provence that had air conditioning, since we knew it'd be the hottest time of year during our trip (~40C/100F). We traveled with another family and their two small kids, so with four kids under 6 we knew we needed to have a comfortable place to stay. This house is listed as having air conditioning as one of its essential amenities, but only the studio alcove above the garage has a window AC unit. The rest of the 3000+sq ft home does not have AC. The interior of the home never got below 85F for the entirety of our weeklong stay. It'd be one thing if the host apologized after we complained that the listing was misleading, but the host refused to acknowledge our concerns at all. Shame on us for not fact-checking every amenity claimed in the listing before arrival, I suppose. What's more, the listing still hasn't been updated (as of Oct. 2022) to reflect the fact that the house does not have AC. So here, dear reader, I hope to alert all of you to the fraudulent information contained in the listing for this property. Beautiful house, beautiful location, absolutely horrendous overall experience.

Très belle villa conforme a mes attentes, rendant mon séjour en famille très agréable
Nous avons séjourner dans cet villa en famille, nous avons passer un très bon séjour, je trouve que la villa est mieux en vrai que sur les photos, je recommande , l'emplacement est top , le centre ville est tous proche (5min) , la vue sur la piscine est agréable. Nous y retournerons très probablement.

Magnifique villa de luxe à Aix-en-Provence
De très bonnes vacances dans la villa. Un accueil chaleureux. Une villa magnifique. Un cadre sublime. La villa est spacieuse, situé dans un domaine privé et sécurisé, elle dispose de deux dépendence en plus de la villa principale qui nous a permis de réunir 4 famille. Un séjour magnifique ! Les enfants se sont régaler avec les aires de jeu, le grand jardin... Dès notre arrivée dans cette villa nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise avec cet immense salon et cette superbe cuisine américaine. Une piscine très agréable chauffée avec vue imprenable. Enfin tout était parfait, nous envisageons de revenir très prochainement.
