The location couldn’t be better! Nice apartment with everything you need. The price is great for a quiet and comfortable apartment! Would stay here again.
Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. Easy to walk around then come back to rest before going out again. We had a relaxing few days in Aix & would stay here again.
The apartment was exactly as described on Stayz , Sabine and her mum were super helpful, very well located and walking distance to iconic Cours Mirabeau with all the restaurants and markets.
Absolutely the best location. Apartment is perfect for 2. Close to the restaurants and all the interesting back streets that are good for exploring. Also walking distance to local train station. Quiet building with elevator. We enjoyed our stay in Aix.
We had a great time during our stay in Aix-en-Provence. The unit was comfortable and was well provisioned. We liked the location and it was quiet unlike some of the other places we stayed at during our trip. People traveling by car should note that parking close by can be a little tricky at times, but we did not have any real issues using the closest car park.
All very good, except the bedroom is very small. Great large bed, squeezed into a small space. Clean, quiet, helpful owner. Access to good stores, restaurants and cafes.
Homely, comfortable apartment fantastically located in the centre of Aix. Quiet, secluded balcony added to the living space. Would both recommend to others and return myself.
Review of Mazarin……Wonderful clean apartment with every convenience for your stay. In a great location in the historic Mazarin section. Walk everywhere. We walked from the SNFC train station with large suitcases, approximately 15 + minutes.. Plentiful large towels, hot water. Appreciated the washer & dryer rack on the large balcony. Lots of “to do” brochures about Avignon in the apartment. Could easily spend months there and make it our home :-)
We had a lovely time with our dog in Aix-en-Provence and were always happily returning to our center of operation in this cozy apartment to plan the next trip or relax a bit before returning to the beautiful Cours Mirabeau :)
Excellent apartment in one of the best locations. Very close to the city center and very quiet. Has all the necessary items including the washing machine with dryer. Balcony is a nice addition. Little bit to cluttered inside with to many items and pieces of furniture inside.

Great Aix neighborhood
The property was as advertised -- perfect size for two people, quiet, residential. The balcony overlooking the courtyard was as perfect for morning cafe as for afternoon apero. Not a kitchen for any extensive cooking (no adequate chef's knife, pot lids; 2-burner cooktop too small to accommodate any 2 provided pans), but eating out in the neighborhood was a dream. Excellent restos within a block or two, patisserie, boulangerie, gourmet shops nearby. A block from Cours Mirabeau, exactly what we were looking for as to location.
lovely little apartment minutes walk from everything
I bedroom with lots of storage and a nice living room kitchen /diner with a sofa bed. Clean simple and really well appointed (to the extent that we almost cooked but there are so many good restaurants in Aix). Sabine was so helpful and flexible and there is lots of material in the apartment in terms of guidebooks and leaflets. It was too cold to use the charming balcony but it created a nice view from the living room and bedroom. Happy to stay there again and that's likely as Aix is quite my favourite Provencal city
Our stay in Sabine’s apartment was just what we’d hoped for. Comfortable, good bed, (although the bedroom is a bit small but there is ample closet space and shelving for folded clothes) quiet, with a balcony overlooking an interior courtyard with a blooming cherry tree so no street noise, large bathroom, great shower, Nespresso machine AND an elevator, so no dragging our suitcases up two flights of stairs. Add to that Sabine’s friendly greeting and the apartment’s proximity to Cour Mirabeau, Aix’s main blvd. (150 meters) and you have a near perfect place for 2 to stay in the center of Aix en Provence at a reasonable price. We’ll definitely stay there again upon a return to Aix, itself a beautiful, walk friendly town.
The most wonderful location, 5 minute walk to the center. I felt like I lived there.the apartment was very clean, with adequate bedroom space. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked great.bath room very large,so 2 people can easily be getting ready to go.well aquipted kitchen for our needs.terrace was very comfortable for the 4 of us. Sabine was a fantastic host, very attentive to our needs.i would definitely rent this apartment again.Thank you Sabine for all your help and suggestions!!!
We were here for 10 days over New Year's Eve and we really enjoyed it. The location in the famous Mazarin district is perfect, 50 m to the place des Quatre Dauphins on one side and 50 m to the Cours Mirabeau on the other side. The city is "yours".
We were able to stop near the house for 15 minutes to unload our luggage without any problems, otherwise you simply have to go to the parking garage.
The apartment is nicely furnished, the kitchen and bedroom are a bit tight, but that is necessarily due to the overall size of the apartment. In the warmer seasons the balcony will certainly be a nice add-on. Recommendation: 100%
The apartment is most comfortable and conveniently located. Sabine is an excellent host, lots of information and timely in responding to our questions. We were able to change our booking time due to the ongoing labor strikes with no trouble at all. We didn't use the kitchen much as our stay was fairly short, and it was a bit chilly to sit out on the balcony. That said, I'm sure we would have enjoyed both under different conditions.
Sabine was a wonderful hostess meeting us at the apartment upon our arrival. After walking through a small courtyard, we took the lift to her apartment. The apartment is lovely, just as the pictures show. The living area is nice size and open to a small dining area and the small, but very functional kitchen. The bedroom is good size with plenty of storage space and the bathroom is large with under counter storage. It was immaculate and bright with a bonus balcony that was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The building is located on a little cobblestone street just off Cours Mirabeau, a large open-air plaza with shops, dining and street markets. If you're coming to Aix-en-Provence, you must stay here. You'll be glad you did!!!

Right in the heart of the historic centre
The apartment is wonderfully placed. The linen was crisply clean. The living area was very dusty and not good for asthmatics. We stayed for 15 days and found the kitchen very inadequate. Lots of crockery but only one saucepan without a lid and a wide variety of frying pans, none with lids. We lived on salads and omelettes. Probably OK for a shorter stay. We were issued only one key, which meant we had to do everything together, or somebody had to stay home to let others back into the building. A request for a second key received no response.
