Truly enjoyed our experience at Riad Ekla! Not only was it beautiful, it was also relaxing. The area is perfect, it was in the medina but more on a quiet side. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Loved the breakfast. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech.

The customers service was brilliant ( Abdul the morning guys where amazing and friendly ) Beautiful place nice and quiet, however providing a hot water kettle in rooms should be a necessity, we had to pay for tea all the time , the walls needs a new paint they have visible cracks and stains.

Our stay at Sirayane Hotel in Marrakech was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. The beautifully designed rooms, serene pool area, and lush gardens created an atmosphere of pure tranquility. The spa was a highlight, providing indulgent treatments in an elegant and peaceful setting, while the on-site restaurant served delicious cuisine that exceeded our expectations (with a slightly steep price point). The staff at Sirayane Hotel went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was flawless. Their attentiveness and friendly nature made us feel truly valued as guests. There was a mix-up regarding the payment for the spa, but Aimed resolved the issue swiftly and with great professionalism. We also experienced a wait for our meal one evening, for which I have offered feedback. These were small moments in an otherwise excellent stay, and we left with nothing but fond memories. If you’re looking for a luxurious and peaceful escape in Marrakech, Sirayane Hotel is an outstanding choice.

We had a lovely stay at Riad Ysalis. Hassan was very attentive and ensured we had a lovely stay. Located in the Northern Medina it is around 30 minutes walk to the main square through the souks, etc. Our driver was able to drop us right outside the door and we could have taxis ordered to the door too so although not as central as some Riads it definitely had its bonuses. The Riad itself was a quiet oasis amongst the chaos of the Medina. The unheated pool is freezing but a great place to pop tired achy feet in on an evening. The rooftop was lovely and we enjoyed a soak in the hot tubs and relaxing on the sunloungers in the sunshine. It gave us chance to relax during our short trip.
