"This was our second stay at Ksar Anika and once again we were delighted with our experience. First of all, the property is fantastic. It is really well thought out, the rooms are lovely and in both rooms that we have stayed in, the beds have been really comfortable. There is a restaurant on site with a good range of dining options. The breakfasts each day were wonderful giving us the opportunity to sample a wide range of different Moroccan dishes. The hotel is located in an area easily walkable to Jemma el-Fnaa and the souks. However, while the building and facilities were great, it is the staff that really make this place a fantastic accommodation choice for a trip to Marrakech. From the friendly and thoughtful staff who welcomed us to the hotel when we arrived and helped with any questions or requests that we had (and even provided us with a packed lunch for or journey home) to the exceptional, hard working gentlemen who looked after us in the restaurant at breakfast and when we chose to dine there in the evening too, nothing was too much trouble. We have never been looked after better than when we have stayed at Ksar Anika and would thoroughly recommend this hotel. "

"I wish to thank everyone who took care of my sister and I during our visit. From the front gate, the front desk, the dining room to the spa we felt pampered, safe and comfortable. We arranged transportation ahead of arrival and Adil was very kind and the ride was smooth. We were greeted with hot mint tea and moroccan snacks upon arrival. The riad is richly and comfortable furnished with options to sit and read, play chess, or enjoy the sights and sounds of the Red City from the rooftop. The food was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the breakfast especially which included freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, drinkable yogurt, french pastries, a flaky frangrant flatbread (mssemen, sp?), moroccan bread (khobz, sp?), assorted jams, fresh fruit and a well appointed table and dining room. We chose the oriental ritual which included a full body scrub in a wet sauna and an exquisite massage. The rooms had bottled water, moroccan snacks and clean bed and bath linens. At the front desk, they will call a taxi for you and let you know what the typical price would be. Lastly they are happy to give you directions and guidance if you are looking for something specific in Jemma al-Fna ( ~10 min walk to the medina). "we booked for five days really enjoyed the food as it was fresh anc lots of options, resort was lovely and clean just the rooms were abit of a walk away from the resurant and wish aqua park had some heated pools as kids couldnt go in as was too cold the actual heated pool was to deep for younger kids other than that all good "
