"It was a no so good stay overall. The appartement cleanliness was disappointing, no working air conditioning in a city where temperature was above 45 degrees Celsius. No swimming pool as photos showed (broken) and finally no communication at all except for checking in and out. A lot of work to do for the owner to match the photos used in the reservation step."

"This property looked amazing online, but was disappointing in person. It’s very basic. But the main issue was that there were no instructions on the resort at all so we had no idea how to find the facilities that were available. It’s a very big place and we were just there for one night. I contacted the owner and she just kept telling me there were pools and a restaurant but did not answer my request for a map. I found one swimming pool, but it was kind of dirty, with dog feces on the patio...

"Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you...
