"A lovely hotel with friendly and accomodating staff. The safe wasnt working in my room and they sent someone up straight away. Unfortunately, it was broken and they moved me to another (better) room. I needed an adaptor which Abdel very kindly helped me with. Breakfast was average and not many vegetarian options - the hash browns and mushrooms were not well cooked. A really pleasant stay and I would definitely come back. "

"We chose the hotel because of it's spa facilities and pool. The spa is not extensive, there is a sauna and the usual treatments available, and the rooftop pool offers great views across the city. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the Grand Place and next door to the Metro so getting around was easy. Very good standard of room with all the latest pad control with access to services. "A hip hotel where you check in at a bar. The rooms were spacious and I like that you can control the room temperature. Location is fantastic and safe, and walkable to many great food options. The gym was also nice and had enough variety for me to get a good workout. "

"I travel a lot for both work and leisure, but Matthew at the front desk of the Loxton Brussels is easily the most helpful and friendly reception member I have ever encountered. They should write the "reception" manual based on his work. The hotel itself is lovely with large rooms, retro fitted but very clean and everything you could need. 10 mins walk to the Grand Place but away from the noise etc. and 5 mins walks to Brussels Nord station. I would stay there again without hesitation. "

"A perfect location for exploring Brussels, with the metro/tram station directly below the hotel. There are also lots of supermarkets and shops on the doorstep, and it’s just 5mins to the Grand Place. Rooms are well furnished and clean."

"Great hotel although looks a bit tired. Cleaning service can be improved. One day the cleaner did not pass at all and the next day the room was cleaned late in the afternoon. Breakfast area lacks character - we did not opt for breakfast as so many options in the area."

"Our stay at Pierre and Martine's farmhouse was wonderful! The view from the backyard out into the pasture's is breathtaking and the kindness shown to us and our family was delightful. We enjoyed day trips to Brugge, Chimay, Dinant, Namur, and Bastogne. Also, don't miss Maresous Abbey a short ride away."
