"We stayed in Stables 2 and it was a beautiful and cosy apartment. A friendly cat greeted us and made sure we we were all settled in :) and we were greeted with a lovely bottle of red wine, cookies, a nespresso machine with four pods and firewood for the fire. The kitchen is kitted out perfectly and had everything we needed. The bathroom was nice, with a shower and spme toiletries and all very clean. We had the best sleep in the bed, which was more comfy than my own bed, so now I'm thinking...

"What an amazing find! we were walking the dales way and had walked from Appetreewick that day, we arrived later than expected. "We had a wonderful stay at the Firs, it was perfect for the two of us. The warm welcome and explanation of the apartment was amazing and the cleanliness and amazingly comfortable bed were perfect after a long flight. Although our visit was mostly consumed visiting new grand children we were pleased by the short proximity to Ilkley restaurants and pubs and all the hiking and biking we didn't partake in but would be ideal for other guests. We'll be back!"

"My wife, myself, our 4 grown up children and our dog stayed for my father’s 90th birthday party weekend nearby. I grew up in the area so know it well. The house was the perfect base for us and is a charming and comfortable place to stay. It has everything you could need and the instructions, welcome pack and facilities were first rate.
