"Chosen for location flew to Carcassonne flight arrives 5pm and were travelling south west. Note hotel doesn't have a restaurant, (unsure if this was due to season) need to drive 5km to a an excellent restaurant at a wine producer , prices quite high. Difficult to find entrance only visible from one direction, no signs from other direction."

"From the initial enquiry, communication with the owners was excellent. Anne and Frédéric are excellent hosts, very helpful without being intrusive. The accommodation cannot be faulted. Clean, very well equipped and very spacious. Small but well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes. Larger Carrefour and E Leclerc hypermarkets within 20 minutes. Pleasant 3 mile walk through vineyards and around a lake straight from the Gite with more demanding and walks and hikes within driving distance....
