"This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating without you even having to ask for help. We visited for the first time to celebrate our mini moon a free our wedding and they gave us a free room upgrade to a suite. They also surprised us with a complementary bottle of champagne to our room and they even had complementary transportation available within a 5 mile radius of the resort. The estate is extremely beautiful and it’s even better that this is Black Owned. Highly recommend and worth every penny. "

"I have stayed in a lot of long stay hotels in my travels and this one stood out. I stayed in the one with two rooms. The full kitchen with and island was fantastic (I like to cook when I travel). It had all the basic things I needed already in the kitchen. It had lots of space to put food items so that they were not cluttering the space. I was surprised the place had two good closets (what I would give for those in my actual UK flat). It was clean, spacious, and the decor was nice. The kitchen even had real tiles on the back splash. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised to find a free Costa coffee machine in the lobby. Laundry facilities were free and there was a gym. I plan to stay there again next I return."
