"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The complimentary slippers were a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was wonderful and we were served coffee at our table a real treat. One small issue—our in-room telephone didn’t work, so we weren’t able to order room service. We ended up using a local takeaway instead, although we would have preferred to dine in. Hopefully, this is something that can be easily checked for future guests. The cleaning team at 09:00 were a little too noisy next door too but we managed to ignore. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would gladly return. "

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Turku with easy access to busses and taxes. Shops and other services were within walking distance. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast in the pleasant restaurant was amazing with plenty to choose from. The room was very tidy and pleasant with coffee making facilities and mini bar. Excellent bed and nice bathroom with good shower. Staff everywhere very helpful. We had a great stay!"

"A great location to explore Turku, right in the middle of everything. Nice room with a good bathroom, everything spotless. Excellent breakfast at a nearby cafe, nicer than the usual tired buffet fare. The cards to the local gym and the Polaroid camera were nice touches. The only real complaint was the temporary lack of an elevator. I realize it could hardly have been avoided but better communication (any communicarion) about the issue beforehand and an attempt to put us on a lower floor would have been nice as the repeated trek to the sixth floor (122 steps) was not fun. But apart from that, quite brilliant."
