I had one night stay, the host was helpful and offered to let me park my motorcycle in his garage, the breakfast was excellent and hosts were very friendly a good place to stay and reasonably priced. I recommend it

Excellent hosts who were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotels.com does say there is a restaurant on site, there isnt and there are no local eateries.

A very clean well kept property, managed and maintained by a lovely friendly couple, making it feel like a home from home. The room was fitted out better than some high end hotel chains and was very comfortable. Best nights sleep ive had in years. Breakfast options were to die for, so much choice all cooked to perfection. Well done to you both Billy & Kay, you can be sure I will book again,

A quaint stop outside of Edinburgh. The little village is about ten minutes away. Just one block with a shop for essentials and a train station . Lovely hosts and a good breakfast. You meet all sorts of people at the morning dining table ;-)

Brilliant is the only word to describe my stay. Billy, Kaye and family were great hosts. I was made to feel at home and was even invited to a family meal in the garden Beautiful location, with a lovely garden area for guests. As others have already said I found the gentleman ( sorry I did get his name but cant call to mind at the moment) very friendly and helpful. The room was everything and more than can be expected for this sort of price with all the normal facilities. Again as others have said it is a little way away from anywhere for evening meals but this was known going in so not an issue. I had a room at the front of the house so there was some road noise but its not a big roads so was not all night and I may be a bit sensitive to this as I live on a farm with no traffic. All in all very happy and may well use them again when travling back and forth to work.
