Welcome to our stylish 2-bedroom house in Airdrie, conveniently located near University Hospital Monklands. Enjoy easy access to the M73 and M8 motorways, allowing you to reach Glasgow in just 25 minutes and Edinburgh in an hour.

This beautifully refurbished home features a separate kitchen, a spacious living area, and 3 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower or bath. One of the bathrooms is an ensuite, providing added privacy and convenience during your stay.
Guests must be quiet between 19:00 and 11:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed
