"Recently returned from a short break at Wildgoose Cottage. The cottage is deceptively spacious, warm and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. It is ideally situated just off the Cleveland Way to walk into Whitby, a flat walk approx 45-50 minutes or to Robin Hoods Bay a more undulating walk approx 2.5 hours, both with fantastic views. The ‘lane’ up to the cottage is a rough single track bridleway, currently, with several potholes. Many other cottages we’ve stayed in provide a file/card...

"Overall property good .could do with just sma touches to finish off they could make more of it... Didnt agree with check out wanting us to strip bedding so for me that would be 4 beds. Not much outdoor space but what they had needed a touch up.could be nicer.upside in a excellent position for whitby.everything you need just not really finished to a good standard class between 3 and 4 star."
