"Did not have a nice experience checking in. We had booked one double room but the receptionist insisted that we have booked 2 rooms. Then he asked for our marriage certificate. We had booked a double room but were given room with 2 single beds. Then someone came and joined the 2 singles together. Food was very nice. Beach was very good. They need someone who can speak and understand English at the reception "

"Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. We booked a Family Suite with a mini kitchen, but it was completely unequipped—no pots, pans, or utensils. Additionally we opted for a half-board plan as the hotel did not offer a full-board option.
