"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."

"New complex with apartments & grounds all in pristine condition. Secure free parking close to apartments and good sized swimming pool with warm water for a change even though it was October. A few negatives first - light over sink not working; reported on 2nd day but never fixed - dog hair on floor & dog treats in couch - lots of crumbs in toaster but used our own - insufficient storage space for provisions in kitchen which was cramped & hard to work in - no hangers in main bedroom...

Accommodatie was tiptop in orde, goede bedden, goede airco, ruim huisje. - Ontvangst was nogal raar: kregen eerst mail ivm incheckuur, maar waren al vroeger. "Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. "The apartment was lovely. The staff was pleasant. Good location. The only fault would be that you have to clean this place at the end of the stay. And I mean clean. Take all the sheets and towels to the front desk. Take the trash out. Clean the apartment. I don’t like to clean while on vacation. Overall, I would say 4 stars. I would recommend to people with kids or pets. "

"I have never seen something like this, but there was nobody at the reception after 20.30, so we couldn't get in, and of course got no room. (It was prepaid.) They said there is no issue, since I should have contacted them if I knew I'm going to arrive late :DDD (They didn't feel the need to contact me about a prepaid room to say that they are going to leave, so there will be nobody in the building. "Séjour en demi-teinte. Petit village de vacances très sympa, mais malheureusement pas entretenu. Mini golf laissé a l'abandon, piscine chauffée en panne pendant notre semaine de vacances. "This is the place if you want to step out of your hotel right onto the beach. A bit away from the main promenades at Grande Motte, but plenty of free parking and a good grocery store within a few minutes walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. "

There are laundry facilities with broken machines, inoperative vending machines and a surly and unpleasant part-time reception staff who diminished the quality of this stay. "Pierre & Vacances Résidence Le Levant are self-catering apartments less than a minute from the beach. If you don't mind sleeping on a sofa bed and if you are with a car, it's perfect. The sofa-bed is easily set-up, fresh linen are provided when you check-in and the kitchen well equipped (no oven, but you probably stay there in summer anyway). "We had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen area had a fridge, dishwasher and microwave (and small cooker hob which we didn't use). Large comfortable bed, hairdryer in bathroom, television. Wifi was good. Very quiet both during the day day and at night. We were at the back of the building overlooking the courtyard. Helpful staff.
