Einige Schränke gehörten mal gründlich gereinigt oder ersetzt. Super war der zusätzliche Getränkekühlschrank, sowie der Fernseher, den man draußen aufhängen konnte. Vom Pool aus konnte man den herrlichen Ausblick auf den See genießen. Auf die Fahrräder war ein Unterstand vorhanden. Den Verkehrslärm hinter dem Anwesen haben wir so gut wie gar nicht...

"This lovely house truly lives up to it's title. The views are beautiful and never the same as the light changes throughout the day. We watched amazing thunderstorms break over the lake and the sun rise through the mist. The village location is quiet and authentic and very pretty . "Absolutely loved the property! My friends and i Had a lovely time. The property was quite charming in a quiet and quaint Italian town. We had numerous walks and enjoyed cooking and talking. It more than exceeded my expectations. The property was about ten minutes away from lake Orta so was just right for visiting."

"The property was everything it advertised to be...the setting and interior were absolutely stunning and well kept. Everything was clean and inviting for our family of 15. Large rooms, nice bedrooms & bathrooms and well-stocked kitchens. We spent a week during the Christmas holiday, and they greeted us when we arrived and even set up a beautiful Christmas tree for our family. We were very impressed and grateful for such a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back."

"This historic villa will sweep you away. Such stunning grounds and views. Very clean. Property manager is very helpful and attentive. Location cannot be beat. Super spacious with fantastic library of books. We were sad to leave. Just keep in mind - it's an old house! No air conditioning so adjust expectations for summer months."

"A family vacation of 12 people for 5 days. The group included participants from the age of 3 to the age of 70. Everyone found their place. We managed to fall in love with this great lake. For us, the ability to kayak and bathe in the lake every day and in addition to hike in the surrounding mountains made the vacation amazing. Stefano, the owner, was attentive, generous, and helped with everything needed. We will definitely visit again. highly recommend."

"We had a lovely, relaxed stay on Lake Orta. Mariagrazia and her agent were very communicative and eased the handover on arrival. The property was spotless and faultless in all respects with ample living space indoors and outdoors, and the kitchen was well stocked... the kayaks and table tennis in the basement were a bonus. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and walking to the local restaurants and bars. Bravo Mariagrazia!"
