"Lovely hotel staff very friendly and and try their best to make you comfortable and enjoy the stay with them. The receptionists both guys were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a short walk to everything very convenient. The top roof was very nice plenty of sun beds and view is wonderful. The breakfast was very nice traditional breakfast with a choice of freshly made omelettes . I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone of my friends and family. "First of all, we were supposed to stay at the Riad , once we got there, we were told that the room we reserved they are doing construction on it , we were given an apartment outside of the Riad in a scary neighborhood, the apartment sheets , blankets and pillows so stinky! When we ask the lady that we don’t want to stay here , she simply responds with you can cancel if you want, on the top of that , they asked us to pay fee that it’s called a property taxes cash , which it’s already paid in the beginning that I have it in the confirmation invoice! They are scammers, not honest, they zero customer service ( not recommended at all ) "
