"We had a lovely time staying in mrs Vanghel's apartment. Reception went smooth and check in was a breeze. The apartment has a wonderful view across the valley, has a great balcony where you can drink your morning coffee or watch the sunset on the Feldberg mountain. "Hallo,leider ist bei unserer Ankunft um 15 Uhr nicht alles reibungslos gelaufen. Wir brauchen auch keine Expressreinigung. Vielmehr hätten wir uns gefreut, wenn wir ein sauberes und aufgeräumtes Apartment vorgefunden hätten. Aber das Gegenteil war der Fall. Das Bett war so, wie der Vormieter es verlassen hat. Die Spülmaschine war voll mit schmutzigem Geschirr und die Mülleimer waren nicht ausgeleert. Im Bad lagen benutzte Handtücher auf dem Boden verstreut. Von Reinigung keine Spur.Daraufhin...
