"Nice location and a great hotel. The problem was the water wouldn’t get hot and the A/C didn’t work despite alerting the front desk. The breakfast and service was top notch. We ended up leaving a day early. No refund for the last day. It worked for our needs, but the two most important factors were the water and air not working correctly. "

Points to improve on:- Sofa bed (used as a sofa) was like sitting on a thinly cover pallet, very uncomfortable. If you have a dog that likes to bother cats, this is the place for them. There are cats everywhere. The on site restaurant and shop not open until May. No toiletries in the room. Soundproofing...
