"Atendimento incrível, foi muito bom! Fizemos pernoite, tudo estava ótimo. Não tem barulho de estrada nos chalés, dormimos e comemos muito bem. Poderia só melhorar para acessibilidade de cadeirantes. E seria ótimo se tivessem morangos frescos para vender, já que é a maior região produtora do pais. "

"Spent a couple of days at this hotel and overall was a good experience. Hotel is right in the middle of everything. You can literally go walking distance to various locations. Hotel inside very clean, housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping my room smelling so good. Clean sheets, towels, replenish always with shampoo &soap. My only gripe was that hotel personal did not spek English. I ended up using google translate to resolve this inconvenience. Hotel surroundings outside need some work since...

"Great location. Walkable to bars and restaurants. Front desk says was very helpful and went beyond expectations to help us communicate with the bus company where we lost a bag. Restaurant has a nice view from the dining room. Breakfast buffet was nice."
