First of all I requested a King size bed and was given two small beds instead. The room I was given was located adjacent to the hotel literally on the street, very unsafe and noisy with all the traffic on the main avenue. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody😣

Fix the showers!

I just love this hotel, location, it's within walking distance to center plaza, the cathedral and many other nice places.........My God if they would only repair the showers, the shower heads and make taking a shower a pleasant experience....my God everything would perfecto!!!

I really liked the set up of the hotel. The rooms/villas were set around a garden area, so we were able to park our car right outside of our room. There was always staff watching who came in and out of the premises. Our room was more like a studio. The staff was very friendly and if there was a problem with anything they would promptly take care of it. We loved the location of the Hotel because things were close by like visiting the center part of the city. When I visit Aguascalientes again I am definitely going to stay at Hotel Medrano.

Our room was not ready when we arrived. First day the room was not cleaned! I had to go to the reception and complaint! The TV never function, the Iron was damaged and we were not able to use it. First day bath towels were very, very, old. They were not white, they were gray. They did not explain that one of the card to enter the room is also used for the electricity in the room! There was a lot of people outside the rooms, with music and drinking late at night, bed sheets were not clean. I complained about all that staff. We had a reservation for 3 persons, and breakfast is included, the first day they only gave me 2 tickets for breakfast. I complained at the restaurant cashier and she was able to fix the problem.

We stayed for 3 nights and all 3 nights our AC in the room never worked, I reported it several times and supposedly they fixed it with the same result. You could barely open the window for the breeze to come in, it was so hot I could barely sleep. I asked for another room and they said they were fully booked which I did not believe. I wish they would have responded better to my complaints, I’m pretty understanding but I expect bare minimum.

Primero lo bueno: El colchón muy cómodo y la habitación espaciosa. Como no hay piso superior en ese edificio del hotel, no tuvimos problemas de ruido con la gente inconsciente que deja caer sus cosas, o simplemente que hablan como si estuvieran en un mercado, con voz muy alta; pero sí nos tocaron los clásicos inconscientes que llegan medio tomados y gritando y haciendo mucho ruido. Se entiende que eso no es culpa del establecimiento. El jacuzzi funcionaba como debe y lo disfrutamos. Ahora lo malo: Primero lo que menos me gustó fue que la limpieza de la habitación estaba mal hecha: vimos en el suelo los restos de un bicho que matamos durante dos días, así como manchas de lodo que no desaparecieron a pesar de la "limpieza" diaria. La habitación muy oscura aún de día. La puerta de la ducha no está bien sellada con lo que sale una gran cantidad de agua y se forma un charco justo afuera. Incómodo. El hotel quiso animar el área de alberca con música y una barra improvisada. No me gustó porque en primera no es un "spa", y en segunda tenían la música a muy alto nivel. ¿Qué pasa si quiere un pasarse todo el día dormido, por haberse desvelado la noche anterior? El desayuno es buffet porque uno puede comer lo que quiera de los platillos que se ofrecen. El problema es que como hay personal que sirve los platillos, parece que estuvieran midiendo las cantidades, y eso hace que uno se sienta incómodo si quiere más cantidad. todo bien solo tuve un inconveniente la conexión de tv por cable era algo inestable, aunque no me afecto ya que mi viaje a Aguascalientes fue por cuestión turística y estuve mucho tiempo fuera de las instalaciones del hotel todo perfecto en el restaurant y el servicio de limpieza excepcional.

Lo bueno del hotel es que esta cerca del centro de la ciudad y buen desayuno buffet. Lo malo: la limpieza deja mucho que desear, cabellos en camas y baño, muy malo el aislamiento de los cuartos, se oye todo lo que hace el vecino.
