We have upgraded all the bedrooms. Master Bedroom has a California King size bed sleeping 2 people. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed plus a bunk bed sleeping 4 people. Bedroom 3 has three bunk beds and two trundle beds, sleeping 8 people. The house now has beds for 13 people. With a California King and a Queen size bed, we can not accommodate two couple groups and their children too if any.

This house has an amazing panoramic Gazebo overlooking 180 degrees of unobstructed view of the ocean. Your eyes overfills with the view and no one has ever been able to take a picture to capture the entire beauty of it. Beautiful and peaceful vacation private property that feels like your exclusive resort with swimming pool, Spectacular and breathtaking Ocean View Gazebo and land, 1 acre of land on a cliff looking over the ocean. Excellent family getaway. Big ocean view, big sky and big land. You will see stars that you have never seen before as there are no city lights nearby. Many of our friends and family have gone to our vacation home and all cancelled all other plans and just stayed in the property as it's just so beautiful. We have owned this property since 2001 and kept it like our second home.

Peaceful paradise!

Absolutely perfect!
Everything about this house surpassed our expectations. I've rented houses all over the island, and this was the best ever. The pictures, beautiful though they are, do not capture the magic of the property.

We loved the property, close to good beaches, restaurants and a supermarket. Upon arrival, the jacuzzi was not working well, but Diana very kindly supported us until she sent the electrician and fixed the situation and it worked perfectly for the rest of the stay. The sunsets look spectacular. I definitely recommend the place.

Fantastic place to stay!
As others have posted, the house was fantastic! It was a great place to stay as a family and located near so many great restaurants and beaches. Kids loved the pool and the grown ups loved lounging and taking in the view. House literally had everything we needed when we got there. Owner and property manager (Diana) were great to work with. We have already recommended it to family members.

Great spot. Kids loved the pool. We loved the privacy. Kitchen nicely equipped, and AC worked well. Great grill in gazebo house at the end of the lawn, and lots of extra propane tanks Some of the patio around the jacuzzi (it’s not a hot tub) off the pool is unstable and marked off limits with orange cones and do not walk signs, hopefully that is repaired/reinforced soon. We would stay here again, and look forward to doing so!

Breathtaking
The house was just as we expected, and the views were even better. Waking up to such beautiful views of the palm trees and ocean, and relaxing to the beautiful sunset were all breathtaking. We explored some of the island and beautiful beaches, and surprisingly the teens enjoyed being at the house so much more. Diana was great from beginning to end. We've shared the listing with friends and family, and hope to book it again on our next trip. Enjoy!

The property is truly amazing, the views are breathtaking, the grounds are beautiful and comfortable for a family to enjoy. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Great Place to Stay!!
Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. 2 adults & 4 teenagers without one complaint. The house was so cozy, well equipped & very comfortable. We had very active days. The house was perfect to return to and relax & just enjoy. Really felt like home. The view is stunning. The pool was great. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Nicky was very helpful & friendly. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your lovely home.

This was a jaw dropping view Better in person than the pictures
We enjoyed our stay for sure it was an amazing scenery and great location hearing the sound of waves in the morning and night & hearing the coquis & seeing iguanas in your yard is the coolest especially for kids. I wish we could walk down to the ocean from the house, but it’s just a 10-15 min drive away. The only bad thing I have to say is the house looked clean but it was gritty on all the tables glass, and the floors were the same bathroom toilets weren’t cleaned either so we cleaned when we got arrived. I would stay again

PR Family Vacation 2023
Being a family of 7 my wife and I were a bit worried we would not have enough space for everyone. In addition I have been to the island many times and was concerned about not knowing the exact location if it was safe or not. When we arrived we were blown away. The pictures do not do it justice. We had more then enough room for everyone. The property is very well kept. It’s located on a dead end with all gated homes so we felt safe. The landscaping is beautiful. The inside of the home was very clean and well kept. The kids had an absolute blast playing in the pool everyday. We will definitely be using this property again in the future.

The home was lovely and the location wonderful. So much ground space.
The only complaint is the lack of household necessities. Lack of washing detergent, kitchen trash bags and general every day items that you expect in a home with sleeping for at least 9 people. With a Costco on the island I would think it would not be an issue to have plenty of supplies for the home. When paying the cost of the home rental, those are the necessities you expect . We had to purchase a lot of every day supplies that should be standard in a home rental.

Incredible & Amazing Views to wake up to everyday!!
We rented the Gazebo house for 10 days and it was amazing!, just as you see it on the pictures! From day 1 of my vacation planning inquiries both Matt (owner) and Diana (Prop. Manager) were amazing to deal with, very responsive to questions and very professional and personable. The house has everything you need for an amazing stay, the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and glassware, etc. And then there is the incredible pool, jacuzzi and the Gazebo, we spent a lot of time outside. There were days that we were supposed to go to the beach but decided to stay at the house instead because it was that nice! it felt like you were in very high end and private resort!! Very Quiet area and privacy in the backyard were keys to a great Relaxing vacation! We'll definitely will be back and we will work our schedule so we can stay here again. Family Fun
Great time for family of five (kids ages 8-13). It was our second visit so we knew the good and the bad of the area. The area and rental requires a rental car. For the house- Pool is great. View is outstanding. Good location for those who are ok to be off the beaten path. Rental was very easy and house is nice. There is lots of bedroom space. House could use a bit more updating in master bath and kitchen and we were not comfortable using the gazebo. But no complaints as we we loved coming home from the beach and jumping in the pool watching the sunset. Favorite beaches are Jobos (will be crowded on weekends), sandy beach and domes. Favorite restaurants are Tuulum (mexican) and Eclipse. We loved horseback riding with villas tropical. very easy flying into aguadilla. We will be back.

Comfortable, Relaxing Vaction
Very nice vacation property. The pictures posted are a fair representation but don't fully capture the amazing views you'll have. The house was very nice and is more geared to travelling with children as one bed room has twin beds and one bedroom has bunk beds. The master bedroom and bath were spaceous and large. The kitchen was somewhat dated but very functional. And lets face it, if you're doing vacation right you shouldn't be spending alot of time in the kitchen. The gazebo in the corner of the property overlooking the ocean was awesome. There is a large new gas grill, refrigerator and sink in the building. We found ourselves more times than not grilling out, having drinks on the large deck area around the gazebo. The pool is very nice and has a timer which nightly activates the jacuzzi tube, water fall feature. Beautiful large landscaped property with palm trees all around. The Econo grocery store is approximately a mile (maybe less) just down the road. Very convenient.

Beautiful property with fabulous view. Well maintained grounds. House is 3 bedrooms with many beds in the 2nd and 3rs bedrooms. Master bedroom king bed. The kitchen is dated but fully equipped and fully functional with a great view to the pool, grounds and the ocean. very nice pool and hot tub. Secure property in small culdesac. Not easy to find without Google maps. The Gazebo house was equipped for barbecuing and outdoor entertaining. We didn't other than photos with the view of the ocean. The one negative was the tech. The TV, Cable, Xbox and WiFi didn't work. The wifi was restored in a couple of days. The other things were not. But I must mention that the property manager did everything she could to help and did. Always responsive and available to help. She is a credit to the home owner in the job she did in assisting us with anything we needed. Diana thank you. You did a great job 👍. I would stay again.
