"I was a bit unsure at first if I was in the right spot, as the hotel looked more like a venue than a traditional hotel. I also had to wait a little while to check in, as they were busy, so I went back to my car to wait. However, due to the wait, they kindly waived my room hold, which was a nice gesture.
