Very Relaxed Oceanfront Vacation in Villa Paz Rincon, PR

Vacation in Rincón, Puerto Rico: A special place for your vacation. The house is fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils. Towels and bed sheets. Enjoy a place with a semi-private beach, 2 private rooms with a queen bed in each room. And 1 futon in the living room, two equipped kitchens (one inside and one outside), cable TV, wifi and air conditioning in each room. The house has a gate and fence that offers privacy and more tranquility. Sleeps four (4) people comfortably. Rentals available daily (minimum 2 nights) or weekly. Within walking distance you have available: Bakeries, sweet shops, grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, bars, surf areas, pharmacies, family doctor, police and fire department.

Villa is very safe, relaxing and comfortable.

Price: $225.00 p/night. To reserve, send a request by email and specify the date of interest.

CANCELLATION RULES: In case of cancellation, the rules strictly apply as specified.

HOUSE'S RULES:
Take care of the house as if it were your own. If you lose or stain your towels, you will be charged $20.00 for each one. If you lose the keys or damage the gate control, a $75.00 fee will be charged. Any damage to property will be charged from your deposit.

Fabulous cottage on the water, direct access to the beach was a plus and the sunset views were amazing. The host Marisol was a delight and very helpful with local restaurants and entertainment options. Will visit again.

Wake up to the sounds of the ocean
Perfect place for our family trip! Short/easy drive to Rincon with plenty of options to eat and drink. The kids were able to play on the beach right out the back gate. Great communication with the owners, who acted quickly to replace one of the A/C units that failed. Awesome bakery in walking distance to get breakfast sandwiches and other food. This is our second trip to the west part of the island and we would definitely return.

We can’t say enough about Villa Paz and our host Marisol. She was at the property to meet us and was so full of ideas and recommendations for our stay. The property is Literally on the beach and was so peaceful. This was our first time on the west coast of PR, and as they say, West is truly the Best!

This was such an awesome property! Very secluded private beach. Close to everything too. The pictures should be updated it’s not what it looks in the pictures it’s way cooler. it feels like your on an old ship or something very cool experience with the doors wide open on the beach

We spent 3 nights in the house. The sunsets are unreal. So, beautiful. Location is nice as the beach is all yours. We spent most of our time sitting on the covered back porch relaxing in a hammock.

Perfect for us!
This was a perfect little home for my husband, daughter and I. The beach out front is lovely. The doors that open make the house feel much larger. The area felt very safe to us. Everyone at the bakery close by was very nice. We wish we could have stayed longer. The house is very quaint and perfect for a small group! It was wonderful.

The pictures do not do this place justice. Opening those doors in the morning and hearing the waves crash was heavenly. The home is very nice and it has all that you need. The outdoor kitchen is everything… I loved cooking breakfast every morning and we enjoyed eating it on the dining table right on the patio. Marisol was a wonderful host. I cannot wait to be able to go back and visit.

This is an awesome place to stay!!! A little hard to find at first. Once we did it was great. You have your own private beach and private sunset. You can swim, snorkel and surf right out the back door. We will definelty be coming back to stay at Villa Paz! Thank you Marisol! Stacy

Stunning views!
The location was amazingly beautiful. However, read full description before deciding if this is the right fit for your stay. Bedrooms are small without dressers to unpack your belongings. They should add dressers inside the closets. If you’re claustrophobic, know that the windows have bars for security reasons, but cannot be opened even from the inside. Only one bathroom inside the home, another in separate outdoor building. There were lounge chairs in the listing photos, but there weren’t any, so that was a disappointment when planning a relaxing vacation. Listing is for up to six guests, but the home is too small to accommodate that many. Absolutely perfect for one couple to enjoy the perfect vacation. Owners were very friendly and were quick to respond with our questions and concerns.

Excellent but not 3 bedrooms
This is a house that is right on the Caribbean Sea. The outdoor area is as beautiful as the pictures describe. There is a swimming beach about 300 feet from the back door. The property owner was very responsive. The location is on the West side of the island 2.5 hours from San Juan. 15 minutes from Rincón, 45 minutes from Gozalandia waterfalls; an hour from Parguera. The home is residential area and seemed very safe. We chose to eat at house and grocery store was less than 10 minutes from home. The home was very clean and has a shower and a faucet to rinse sand off. It had all the amenities of any property we’ve rented. Please note, the property is not a 3 bedroom property. It has 2 private bedrooms and then a futon in the living room. We stayed 5 nights and had a great trip.

Our experience.
Property was nice and in a great location. Comfortable accommodations. We enjoyed our stay. Air conditioner in my and my wife’s bedroom went out twice which I realize is not the hosts fault. Things happen and we were able to work around it. I would recommend this location.

The property was great. We loved being on the beach. There was an issue with getting the keys and where they were located. There were small bugs all over the counter and the cabinet above the microwave. We had to throw out a lot of food because of this. Other than that the place was great

The home with the view
This home, is one of those homes, that simply has that “Million-Dollar” view! You literally walk out the gate, and you are right on the beach....BOOM!....the only disappointing thing, is the since there is a bunch of coral - all in front of you - it gave you really no access (but maybe ankle deep) into the water. You had to walk about 2 homes down, to find any actual access to the water. The actual home itself is also very small

Wonderful time on the beach near Rincon
We had a great time at the property. The house was perfect size for us, two friends. We especially appreciated the covered porch where we spent most of our time. We also took long walks on the beach, as well as exploring the area. The ocean on the northern part was a bit rough, so we could only dip in in one place protected by rocks. There were a lot of surfers every day. Calmer swimming-friendly beaches were 7 mins drive away. The house was very clean, and the bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we needed. Kitchen could be stocked a little better, e.g. adding cutting boards and corkscrew. We appreciated the cabinet full of spices and fresh coffee. The check-in and check-out were seemless. Overall, we enjoyed it very much.

Pictures don’t do it justice!
This 2BR cottage in the beach was perfect! Two sets of French doors open completely to create an open air kitchen and sitting room with the TV. The patio With the kitchen is probably just as big as the house, and it’s completely covered for those tropical rain days. Hammocks were provided by the host and we layed in them every morning while staring out to the ocean. The pictures on VRBO do not display bumper beautiful, bright and clean this place really is. The immediate beach in front f the house is a reef, but if you walk about 30 feet in either direction there is sand to swim in the ocean. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in Rincon. I highly recommend this if you’re a beach lover, sea glass lover, sea shell hunter.

New Year's Eve for the family
It was a great location right on the beach. We enjoyed our beach walks and sand castle construction. There are good restaurants near by and a grocery store down the road in Aguado.
