"It was a nice place with a swimming pool outside, huge kitchen - with all the facilities - very convenient, and place for sleeping. We had whole area only for us - so it was a big big advantage, and we were resting there really nice. The contact with manager was quick. I would recommend this property and will go there for sure with my family again."

"Had a great time at the villa. Villa has loads of space . Not ideal with amount of stairs to the property but when you see the view its all worth it. We enjoyed the area as we had a car to get into santa cruz (15/20min drive) but we enjoyed walks around the village and along to the beach."

"The property and gardens are an island of peace in the middle of the town, we had a couple of small issues to begin with but they were quickly sorted by our very responsive host. "We had a really relaxing week at this villa - it was exactly as described and pictured (other than lack of weights in fitness area, just had bike and elliptical machines). Great rooms, well appointed and really handy for coast and driving into capital. Lorenzo greeted us warmly on arrival at the villa and was helpful in suggestions through the week. "Directions to VRBO were clear until you entered the neighborhood . Finding the location was not easy, locating the gate key was easy, locating the house key was not easy. Opening/unlocking door was difficult. Instructions for all appliances were not available. Had no idea what some appliances were. Toasters did not work, map of area was not available . Summary: manuals need to be available . Lock on front door was very difficult to use/open."

"The property was just like the listing. It is located in a very quiet area and it is close to everything you need for a great vacation. We visited the zoo and aquarium and also went to the Michelin restaurant at the Ritz Carleton and stayed there overnight. We went all over the island and enjoyed the place immensely. We went to the beaches and the scenery was amazing. The driving takes a little getting use to as well as the parking. Overall we and our family had a wonderful time."

"Lovely Villa accurately described in the property description. Pool was much used and a good temperature with a supply of pool towels. Plenty of outside seating to enjoy the large pool patio and have an evening bbq. Communications with Ana was excellent. Check in and out process simple. Would recommend and return. Thank you"

"Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal. "

"Lovely little aparthotel. Simple accommodation, simple breakfast. Slept amazingly well and the pool on the roof is exquisite. We were not planning on having a car at the time of booking, however we did get one later and, when we arrived Saturday night, it was impossible! to find parking anywhere near the hotel. Even the lovely gentleman on reception tried to help us to no avail. In the end we had to park 2,5 miles away. Sunday evening we managed to park closer, therefore I would not recommend...

"Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. There are multiple restaurants and a bar on site which all serve great food and drink. The pool area is clean and quiet and Carlos is always around to help. All the staff at this hotel are brilliant, always approachable and helpful. The hotel is located a short walk away from the centre of Santa Cruz through a lovely park. Highly recommended, thank you for a great holiday."
