"Villa Rosi is a beautifully kept property with the most wonderful view looking down onto Agropoli and the Mediterranean. Gianfranco couldn’t be more helpful and is around almost all the time as he has a high-end carpentry business in the lower part of his house (take a look at his work). If you like good food Gianfranco will recommend some great restaurants within 30-40 minutes’ drive but be warned the roads are hard work to drive on and they make our roads in the UK look perfect by comparison!...

"Pros: Pool area is beautiful and it’s very quiet. Views are lovely and you are set amongst olive trees and vines. Apartment was on the small side but very clean and pleasant. Cons: Apartment was advertised as 2 bedrooms when there was only 1. The owner indicated that the 2 bedrooms were the bedroom & the lounge - very disappointing. "Das zweistöckige Haus wurde vor ein paar Jahren aufgestockt, indem die Terrasse zu einer schönen Dachwohnung umgebaut wurde. Der Ausbaustandard ist sehr gut, die Sicht auf die Bucht von Agropoli einfach atemberaubend.
