"3 nuits dans la ville d’Agrigente à priori peut accueillante mais qui dispose de beaux monuments et de la Vallée des Temples en prime. Le logement était dans un quartier d’habitations anciennes. Le stationnement était relativement facile pas trop loin (je me demande quand même si en été c’est aussi « facile ») . Le logement en duplex peut accueillir 4 personnes. "Supposed to be able to check in between 1 and 5 pm, no-one arrived till 10 to 2, two groups of us waiting over 30 minutes. Not given chance to use lift had to carry bags to third floor(we are both 70) not made to feel welcome, just keys thrust at us. These didn't work well and no-one around after five if you couldn't get them to work, we found people who had been sitting waiting for someone else to help as couldn't get in. No water in room. Bed clean and comfortable, not good towels, poor...

"When we arrived at the Hotel they claimed to have no idea of our booking. So after back and forth and multiple phone calls they finally checked their emails to see the Expedia booking. We weren’t offered the chance of having a meal. Then next morning we woke to have no hot (or even warm) water. So cold showers! Apparently someone forgot to turn it on for our room. And the access road to the very remote location is an absolute nightmare, barely passable by conventional car!"
