"When we first got in the room we discovered there was no remote and with my boyfriend being a football head and wanting to watch sports that wasn't good. Luckily I went downstairs and told the front desk lady and she got us one in minutes. Breakfast sausage eggs biscuits and gravy were good. "

"Hotel was great except our mattress in a King room was hard and sunk down in. The lady that runs the breakfast area did an awsome job. The food was delicious. She was very friendly. "

"They re renovating the downstairs so it was a mess. Just know pictures can be deceiving. The downstairs and 17 floor was gorgeous. The regular rooms need updating as well. The beds were comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. I will probably not stay again. But not a bad place if you looking for somewhere decent to lay your head. "

"We had a great 5 night stay here! The only reason I gave 5 stars is because our key stopped working twice and there were little black ash looking things at the foot of the bed. They weren’t bugs and if you wiped them off, it smudged. But this wasn’t a huge concern for me. I just figured it was coming from the air conditioner. The room was clean otherwise and comfortable. They also had good options at the breakfast bar! "

"It accommodated a party of 5 so we didn't have to book 2 rooms. It was located right off the interstate and wasn't that far from the Beau Rivage. "
