"Needed a nice place for a two week stay in LA. This condo fit the bill. Great location, lots of restaurants and other amenities close by. Dedicated parking. And the condo itself was perfectly outfitted. Nice appliances. All the utensils you need. Comfy bed. And was very clean. Brooke was very responsive. Having to go through the guard gate could be a little cumbersome, but added to the security. All in all highly recommended. "

"We were quite comfortable and really enjoyed the use of the kitchen. We had a little trouble navigating the TV but watched what we could find. The condo has a lot of light, more than those who live outside a city were used to. We were unable to arrive as planned and checked in the next day, however our host extended our check out time which gave us a chance to explore our surroundings. The host was wonderfully helpful and made our stay enjoyable."

"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"Our family spent six days at this unit in early November. We visited for a Chargers game and several tourist attractions. The location was incredibly convenient, and I would highly recommend it. The unit was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect fit for our family."

"This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. Our biggest issue was when we arrived, the heat was on and the inside temp was 79 degrees while outside it was almost 90 degrees. We were slowly able to cool it down after 24 hours, but that was not the best way to start our stay. "Had a recent stay here and place was great. Ivan is a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions and is a perfect host. Building is wonderful, safe and secure. Condo unit is very large and 2nd bedroom would be great to come back with friends. Ivan had everything we needed for our stay. Two huge TVs were a nice bonus to see as well. Sleeping beside the ocean was heaven. Pool and Jacuzzi were perfect as well. I would come back for sure. Thanks Ivan."

"I started looking at places for my boyfriend and I to stay at in November with our two dogs. Luckily I was able to find this place. On this property there are 2 other houses on the property. Even though there were 2 other houses, we were given a lot of privacy."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was a negative was there were no pulls on the bathroom drawers and cabinets. Super annoying to get the drawers open. There was also no fan or wasn’t working in the tiny shower/toilet area. And the screen door off the bedroom needs replacing. $2,000 for 3 nights is a lot for my family so we expected little things like that to be better. Overall though the condo had a great view, pool and jacuzzi were perfect temps, and the building was very quiet....
