Coral Sands is a modern three-bedroom unit in an apartment complex that is a short stroll from the pristine 5-kilometre long Agnes Water Main Beach. Guests have full access to the complex facilities, including a large pool and spa. Coral Sands is a five minute drive to the birthplace of Queensland, the gorgeous and historic 1770, where Captain Cook landed all those years ago.
The Space:
This property boasts a master king bedroom complete with a TV, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite featuring a large spa bath, shower, toilet, and twin sinks. There is a second queen bedroom with its own TV, and a third bedroom equipped with twin single beds and another TV. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a second bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate toilet room with a sink. The spacious living areas include a fully equipped kitchen with open-plan dining and a generously-sized living space featuring a large TV. The property is equipped with ducted air conditioning/heating throughout for maximum comfort, along with secure underground parking and laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer. Relax outside underneath a large covered patio furnished with comfortable seating, overlooking a small fenced garden with views of the pool.

The resort community offers a range of facilities including a 25-meter pool, poolside garden area, children’s wading pool, heated plunge pool, and a spa.

Agnes Water, QLD is surrounded by National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea.
Approximately 8 kilometres away is the neighbouring town of 1770, a gorgeous, historic place where Captain Cook landed all those years ago.
Along the headlands of 1770, visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks.
We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities.
Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.
It is a short walk to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.
A vibrant Sunday market takes place every second weekend.

There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information.

Nearest train stop: Miriam Vale - 50 kilometres.
Bus: Greyhound travels to the area daily.
The bus stop is at the Ampol service station in Agnes Water, approx. 5 kilometres away.
