Services are very poor and you pay everything extra. Wifi is extra, Air conditioning is extra and also didn't work properly. TV wasn't working and we asked four times to fix it but nobody came. "Not at all what we were expecting. A beautiful park and location let down by the standard of accommodation and the attitude of members of staff. We thought we were booking a standard UK style static mobile home only to end up with "half a caravan." Upon complaining to members of staff we were told that it was what they call a "hotel room."
