"Stayed at Villa Kostas with family July 14-25. Communication before we arrived, during our stay and after we left was spot on. Petros and his mum are lovely. Villa was beautifully located and very clean and cosy. Has everything you need for short or extended stay. Villa is just tucked off the main road leading into Agious Spyridon but all ameneties are nearby. Having a car is ideal but if you are energetic, car is not essential. "We spent a week in the Athena apartment and what a gem it was. Martina looked after us and was so professional and friendly. The apartment is quiet but a short week to its own beach or a little bit further theres another small beach which is where we went every day. If you go out of season as we did, the Pyramid restaurant is not open but theres a taverna and beach bar nearby that serve food and drinks. Theres also a little mini market. Absolutely love this place and will be back! "

The highlight was walking down small path at lower end of property, this led to metal gate, beyond which was a small winding path & mini step ladder into the sea ! "When we just came into the property immediately knew - "This is definitely a place to keep in our favorites and return to". The landscape, surroundings of the villa and the villa itself seemed even better than in pictures. The villa being located on the top of the hill, giving it a sense of privacy and a flow of fresh air. Communication with the owner / property manager was fairly good. "The rocky shoreline just in front of the property was fantastic for wild swimming and snorkeling, and the views across the channel to Albania were spectacular. There was quite a lot of music and noise audible all day from the sound system at a neighboring resort, which did disrupt the peaceful atmosphere somewhat, and access to a car was essential as there were extremely limited facilities within walking distance, especially early on in the season when we visited."
