Fantastic Villa for Families
We spent two weeks with our daughter (5) and our twins (4) at the Villas Fissi. The garden was wonderful for our kids. The villa was a good starting point for daytrips. We spent the afternoons at the nearby beach. Yanna, her husband and her daughter were great hosts. They came around almost each day and answered our messages promptly. Communication in English was no problem at all. We really enjoyed our stay!

Eine tolle Ferienanlage!
Eine sehr gemütliche, hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung! Auch die Außenanlage ist super ausgestattet - mit Sonnenliegen, Grillplatz, Kinderspielecke, Hängematte... Alles sehr gepflegt und schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen! Danke!

Lovely stay at Fissi Villas
We spent a week at Fissi Villas and had a great time. The house and surroundings are clean, well equipped and well maintained. Yanna & Yannis were very helpful, always available and provided us with great tips for beaches, restaurants, etc. Highly recommendable.

Well located and perfect for families with kids
Beautiful place to stay. The villa is well situated to visit all towns around Ágios Nikólaos and only 5 minutes drive to the sandy beach. We had everything we needed and our hosts were extremely nice offering us oil, wine and biscuits. Yanna knitted a beautiful handbag for my daughter which she loves ! She also baked baked us a cake and offered us some homemade jam. We have had a great time in Creta, I hope to come back at some point and I won’t hesitate to stay at Fissi Villas. Thank you Yannis and Yanna for your hospitality.

Familienurlaub mit Meerblick im eigenen Häuschen
Die Vermieter Yanna und Yannis haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sogar direkt mit dem wichtigsten versorgt (Anreise war um Mitternacht). Das Häuschen bietet alles was zum Urlaub dazugehört, sogar klimatisierte Schlafzimmer. Das allerbeste ist das Frühstück auf der Veranda mit dem Blick aufs Meer und in die Berge, gigantisch. Unsere Vermieter bieten sogar während des Aufenthalts Reinigung und Handtuchtausch sowie die Entsorgung des Hausmülls mit an, so einen Service hatten wir bisher in keiner Ferienwohnung! Auch bei Fragen zu Reisezielen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. helfen die Vermieter gerne weiter. Wer in diesem Teil von Kreta eine Unterkunft sucht ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank an Yanna und Yannis!

The Best!
We loved the Spyradaki's house! From the traditional styled interior to the beautiful sea view from the patio table. Everywhere are lush plants and flowers! Our hosts could not be more kind or friendly, a wonderful experience!!

Vue superbe sur la mer
Deux maisons separé dans un beaux jardin, belle térasse, très calme dans la nuit, mais toujours sûr (porte fermée, deux gentils chiens dans leur jardin à coté). Tout est très agréable et très propre. Les hôtes sont très gentils, ils parlent bien anglais et ils nous ont fait un bon accueil avec du vin et des petits gâteaux. On a besoin d'une voiture pour aller aux plages et visiter le beaux paysage. J'aime beaucoup cet endroit.

Fissi Villas - the best place in Crete
I'll start with the fact that this is the place where I wanted to return the next day after departure. We have long chosen a place for vacation and are very glad that we were not mistaken. We had two families and all the beautiful grounds were ours. Trees, flowers, olive trees, benches, hammocks, green lawns, all designed for peace and enjoy relaxation, nature and our beloved island. The silence, the stars at night are very bright. It seems that no one else, although everything is close, road, sea...))) The houses are built and equipped with great love, it is felt in every detail. There is everything you want, as if you came to your home. Yanna welcomed us as the most expensive guests and throughout the rest of the time confirmed it. Constantly kept clean and tidy, changed our towels and bed linen. I poured olive oil when it was over, baked us all sorts of Goodies and treated the holiday desserts. Yannis and Irini (the daughter) are the same kind, sweet and friendly. Any issue was resolved in a matter of hours. When we left, the airline changed our departure time and we had to stay until the evening. So lovely owners left us even with an overnight stay and did not take any money for it. And they gave me their olive oil as a parting gift. We have been many times in Greece, in different houses and hotels, but this place is the best and the impressions about the rest are just great! Only one darkens.... unfortunately, the vacation flew by too fast)). I wish the whole family of Yanna success and prosperity, I hope for the meeting!

Gemütlich, traditionell, herrliche Landschaft
Wir wurden von Frau Spyridaki mit einer herzlichen Gastfreundlichkeit empfangen und fühlten uns in dem mit Liebe eingerichteten und gemütlichen Domizil vom ersten Augenblick sehr wohl. Die Unterkunft ist im traditionellen Stil, aber mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, überall herrscht Sauberkeit. Der gepflegter, üppiger Garten mit einem wunderschönen Meerblick strahlt vom frühen Morgen bis zum Sonnenuntergang eine Idylle aus, die wir ausgiebig genießen konnten.

Schöne , liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft ca. 5 Kilometer vom Stadtzentrum Agios Nikolaos entfernt.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in einem der beiden traditionellen Steinhäuschen sehr genossen. Der Garten mit Grillplatz und der ganze großzügige Aussenbereich sind sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter, Yanna und Yannis, sind äußerst nette Gastgeber, mit denen man schnell ins Gespräch kommt und die ihren Gästen unaufdringlich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen.

Sehr nettes kleines Häuschen mit Meerblick
Sehr schönes Häuschen ca. 5 min (Auto) von Agios Nikolaos direkt über der (abends wenig befahrenen) Küstenstrasse. Das Haus liegt mit einem zweiten, ungefähr ebenso großen Haus auf einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück mit sehr großzügiger Terrassenfläche und kleinem Spielplatz. Hinter dem Haus liegt ein wildes Grundstück, auf dem unsere Kinder mit den Kindern aus dem Nachbarhaus stundenlang verschwunden sind. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgerüstet, für langen Aufenthalt drinnen ist es allerdings recht eng für vier Personen (wohl nur in der Randsaison relevant). Draussen ist sehr viel Platz, es gibt ein BBQ, an dem wir mit den Nachbarn gegrillt haben. Die Vermieter kommen zweimal pro Woche zum Saubermachen und haben auch sonst sehr schnell und mit größter Herzlichkeit auf alle Anfragen reagiert; es gab Olivenöl, Früchte und allerlei kleine Köstlichkeiten aus heimischer Produktion. Es gibt sehr schöne Strände, Wanderstrecken und Restaurants in unmittelbarer und weiterer Umgebung. Direkt hinter dem Haus führt ein praktisch nicht befahrener Weg steil hoch in die Berge, man kann dort lange Spaziergänge oder Läufe machen. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus zu einem sehr fairen Preis.

Great holidays at beautiful Villa

Super location avec une vue magnifique
Nous avons passé quelques jours à la villa fissi et nous avons adoré! La vue depuis la maison sur la mer est juste splendide! La maison est très bien équipée et très typique. Tout est là pour passer de bonnes vacances! Et le jardin est génial pour les enfants, il y a beaucoup de jouets, un hamac, bref un endroit où on resterait longtemps! Quant aux propriétaires, des gens adorables et extrêmement accueillants! Bref je conseille vivement cette location!

Top-Lage und Top-Ferienhaus. Beste Sicht aus Berge und Meer von verschiedenen Terrassen, sehr nette und umtriebige Vermieter, die aber nie Aufdringlich sind. Ideal zur Erkundung Kretas Osten, mehrere Strände in der Nähe. 100% zu empfehlen.

Parfait !
La maison de Yanna et Yanis est parfaite, tout particulièrement pour des vacances en famille. Les extérieurs de la maison sont idéaux pour les enfants : des jeux à leur disposition, des animaux, le tout dans un joli jardin avec vue sur la mer... Yanna est très attentive et accueillante. Une semaine magnifique
Yanna et Yannis sont des hôtes d'une gentillesse rare, toujours prêt à nous aider et à nous conseiller pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible !!! Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre semaine à la villa Krini qui est très bien placée pour visiter les nombreux points d'intérêt de la région et en même temps suffisamment proche d'Agios Nikolaos pour ressortir le soir aprés une journée bien remplie. Un endroit qui ne peut qu'être recommandé. Nous y retournerons!!! F, M, T et A.
