"Excellent customer service. The young man in the reception (i think his name was Aggelos) was super nice and he gave us recommendations on beaches to visit that are kid friendly. Also restaurants and activities. The room was clean and it had all the amenities we needed. The hotel grounds were clean and nicely kept. There were cats and kittens we got to pet and feed during our stay. The pool was small but perfect for kids. We tried to go to the beach in the morning and pool in the evening....

Lovely hotel, lovely staff

"We booked in for two nights and mistakenly arrived a day early, no problem, we were upgraded to a fabulous room with two balconies and sea view. The staff were ultra helpful and friendly, as the hotel was so quiet the buffet breakfast wasn't available, but everything was cooked fresh to order, perfect. We loved it so much we stayed four nights instead of two, and would love to stay again."
