"We stayed in a very hot 2 weeks in June 2024 but the villa had everyone you could possibly need - excellent (and frequently used) good size pool, efficient air con, great showers, comfortable beds and well equipped throughout. 5 mins to Coral Bay and very well supplied supermarket. "Great villa with a beautiful pool area. The villa has 2 house cats, the cats are friendly but do want to sit near you on the patio, I am not cat friendly so I didn’t like this. Ants in the kitchen are a problem, on the work tops. This needs addressing. Whilst we have stayed here we have experienced several power cuts causing the alarm to go off. "The villa is in a nice quiet cul-de-sac of the desirable Kamares area. The pool is great and so welcome in the hot weather. The villa is fully equipped with everything that you could need. Tandy, the Property Manager, is very proactive and helps out with any issues. There is a lot of outside space so you can sit in the sun or the shade whenever you want."
