"We left after day 1, we noticed the room was smaller than advertised and did not have a sea view despite multiple emails to attempt to arrange. We visited reception on three occasions and the last visit was 3 hours trying to get a junior suite (river pool access with sea view that we had booked and paid for), we were told we would get one three different times then told they had a last minute booking take the room(despite being told they were overbooked by 11 rooms this week).
