"I only spent 1 night in Diana but I really enjoyed my stay there. It’s only 2mins away from the central bus stop and it’s walkable distance from city centre. The lady owner is really friendly and the place is spotless and bed was comfortable. I liked that I had kettle in my room and some complementary coffee. Great place if you want like me to explore Chania for a bit and later on move somewhere else into different part of the island. Highly recommend!"

"The family who own the property were so welcoming, chatty and very helpful. They booked a trip to the Samaria gorge for us, gave advice on beaches, walks and buses to Chania. The property and pool area was very clean and hosed down daily. The rooms were spotless. We would recommend staying here."

"Great property! Walkable to a lot of restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. If you rent a car it is difficult to part other than paying for the garage near by. Would highly recommend "

"The property itself was fine. The property manager left without giving us any way into the property. I had messaged her that our flight was delayed. She didn’t seem to understand that people traveling don’t have constant access to data. We got there and there was no one there and no one at the office or any note for us. "The property is well situation in the centre of Chania Town Square. The space (room 6) is self contained. Front desk staff are amazing, welcoming, informative. In our room, on arrival, we had fresh fruit, water, juice, wine, toiletries. Very clean and comfortable for two. I will say however that because there is a restaurant below it was quite noisy in the evening until about 11:30pm. So if you are early to bed, like we were, that was a small issue. "We stayed in an ocean view room and the view was beautiful. Nice breeze. Location is high up with steep slopes, not feasible for older and those with bad backs. Property has elevator to avoid the slope but is hard to find. Definitely helpful once it is found. Interior could use some upgrades. But it was clean and comfortable enough. Enjoyed my stay. "

"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. If you have an ocean view suite, you can spend lots of happy hours on the balcony enjoying a book. Chania old town is also very close ."

"Superb service and friendly staff. Hotel Manager gave us a later than normal check out which made a big difference to our experience (thank you). Great way to end the trip. Our room was so lovely with a large private pool area. Loved it."
