"Staff need to be nicer with locals, one of your staff was scolding a old Lybian man for resting his feet on the clutch. The man seemed to have problem walking and he Carrie’s with him a small chair. Also the food gets tiring. I paid for 4 nights and ended up staying 3. There was no Wi-Fi in the room lots of flies in the lobby."

"We’ve been in Djerba for only 5 days and we booked up at last minute. Food was amazing, excellent variety at the buffet, mainly traditional Tunisian food. The all inclusive included only soft drinks but with a little extra $ you could have local alcoholic beverages but honestly didn’t worth it! "Premier séjour dans l'hôtel et l'expérience est globalement satisfaisante. L'accueil est professionnel, le personnel est dans l'ensemble très accueillant et très investi, mention spéciale pour la personne qui fait les chambres. Le seul bémol est le restaurant. "Very clean. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Good basic breakfast (pastries, eggs, yogurt, coffee). The parking lot was a little difficult to find, but there was always plenty of space to park once we got back to the property. Market was right around the corner, so very easy shopping for souvenirs. We highly enjoyed our visit!"
