- Bedroom 2: a pull-out bed offering two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. The apartment is air-conditioned in the living room and bedrooms.

Exterior:
- A 5 m² balcony with garden furniture and hanging armchair to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Agen, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
