"Lovely room. Nice view. Always boats moving past. Good food and bar. Really nice staff. Decent spa and pool. Very good free parking. Our room didn’t have air conditioning but that wasn’t a problem for us. Lovely walks for many miles alongside the canal and river."

"Very well located and handy to town and railway. The hotel is good, newish with airy rooms, comfortable beds, and average breakfast. Cleanliness can be better- I found fake lashes in my shower that scared the hell out of me as I thought it was a spider."

"Comfortable and handy hotel for the university campus. Had to ask for the amenity drinks voucher. Relaxed style waiting staff in the restaurant. Friendly at reception. My room smelt somewhat of drains initially but once ran some water in the shower it quickly subsided. Maintenance had left a light ..."
