"This is an older Hotel that feels like its prime time was in the 1970's and has never left that era and that was perfectly fine by us! This was a great experience we were greeted as we drove up to the property by name as they were waiting for us! The attendant grabbed our bags and lead us to the desk where we checked in and did so in perfect English. We were given our kimonos to wear during our visit which we did. "We drove to the ryokan from Nagoya Centrair and had no problems finding it. Parking was free and it was conveniently located right next to the ropeway (which was great!). Food was delicious and the onsen was great too. The only negative feedback I have is that certain parts of the room was dusty and perhaps the room needs to be cleaned more. Otherwise, it was an very pleasant overall stay."

"Very tradition Ryokan (Japanese Hotspring hotel) with all the warm welcoming and attentive service you could ask for. The Ryokan only has few rooms So that they could serve the guests with the best quality! The hot spring is not as big as expect but still with very good quality. "ナガシマスパーランドへもなばなの里へも近いのがまずよかったです。お部屋も綺麗で、アメニティも充実してました。メールの連絡だけで正直少し不安でしたが、素早く返信してくださったので特に問題ありませんでした。 和室なので座布団があればなおよしって思うのと、朝準備してる間隣のカフェも準備されるので少し音が気になる方であれば注意しておいた方がいいです。まあ、私の場合、1時間もしたら部屋を出たので大きな問題ではありませんでしたが。 駐車場も停めやすくてよかったですが、外付けのカーナビでは反応しなかったので不安な方はGoogleマップを使った方がいいと思います。"
