This contemporary architect villa of 160 sqm on a plot of 1000 sqm will welcome you in a warm atmosphere.
You can enjoy the choice, the joys of swimming at sea, the beach is located only 300 meters, or the heated pool.

The Villa has been awarded a 5-star Meublé de Tourisme classification *****.

We wanted to create a comfortable and warm living space. The villa has 4 bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms each with a private bathroom.
The living / dining room / kitchen offers a large space totally open on the ground by two large windows of 4 meters opening.

The Villa has 2 terraces that allow you to enjoy the outdoors according to your desires and time.
Located 2 steps from the sea (300 meters), you can safely go to the beach by taking the path of Guiraudette on foot.

With family or friends the villa Guiraudette can accommodate up to 10 people.

Its garden is spacious, secure and comfortable.

The garden will offer you a pleasant living environment, a haven of peace just 300 meters from the beach.
A barbecue will allow you to share good grills.
You can enjoy the petanque, and children's trampoline installed in the garden.

You can indulge in the pleasures of the beach which is 300 meters away and so you can easily walk there. You will have at your disposal beach toys for children, masks and snorkels for your dives.
A beach shower next to the pool will be waiting for you upon your return from the beach.

You can relax on the sunbaths and have a swim in the garden pool.
We thought about the safety of the little ones. So the pool is completely fenced.
For your comfort the pool is heated which will allow you to swim including on the wings of the season.
We chose a saltwater pool. Softer for the skin, it also has the advantage of not attracting insects and especially wasps.

The villa Guiraudette is located not far from the beach but also near the Grau d'Agde and its small shops, its market ...
You have 1 km from the villa a small food that will allow you to buy your bread and pastries. Delicious.
If you prefer to stay in the sand you will find a beach restaurant not far from the Villa.

At about 2 kms you have at your disposal a shopping center (supermarkets, supermarkets ...).

You will appreciate the place of installation of the Villa and you will be able to discover Agde and its various sites, its houses and alleys of the heart of town, its cathedral in volcanic gray stone, its tournaments of jousts, the return of the trawlers, the water sports, the thalassotherapy, visit the museum of Agde and see the Ephèbe, stroll on the quays of the port of Cap d'Agde, walk in the spaces of the tamarissière, discover the various beaches and in particular the Grande Conque with its rocks of 2 brothers...
You can also gravitate around the Villa to discover the hinterland, Pezenas and its flea markets, visit Sète and its canals, walk around the pond Thau tasting seafood, seafood and seafood. There are many discoveries to be made in and around Agde.

To access Villa Guiraudette ...

You will have easy access to Villa Guiraudette by road.
Coming from the A62 motorway, take the Agde exit and follow signs to Agde. You will cross the Hérault before turning on your right towards Grau d'Agde - Guiraudette.
The statue of the Ephèbe will allow you to take the right road to the Chemin de Guiraudette. Villa Guiraudette is located a few hundred meters further, on your right, Chemin des Blanquettes.

The nearest airport is Béziers Airport: 10,0 Km
15 Minutes from Béziers Airport which has flights from several destinations in the UK with Ryan Air and Flybe.
Also direct flights from Germany and Scandinavia.

Die Villa ist herausragend!! Perfekte Sauberkeit, toller Umschwung, total netter Kontakt, es fehlt einfach an gar nichts. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut im Rahmen! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort unsere Ferien verbringen.

Très belle maison, très propre, très bien équipée et à 5min à pied de la plage. Climatisation de l'ensemble de la maison, de nombreux jeux et livres adultes/enfants, cuisine super bien équipée (possibilité de faire un peu de pâtisserie si on veut), piscine,... tout était parfait !

Nous n'avons loué la maison que pour deux nuits mais nous avons eu le temps de l'apprécier pleinement. Super bien équipée pour 9 (avec un des enfants dans un tout petit lit), très lumineuse, confortable, conviviale et très bien placée avec les supermarchés à 5 minutes en voiture et la plage très facilement accessible à pied, ce qui permet de belles balades. Communication très facile et agréable avec nos hôtes. On recommande les yeux fermés !

Magnifique villa
Superbe villa très spacieuse et très bien équipée, tout y est. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour où nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine. La villa est très bien située à quelques pas de la plage et de tout commerce. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et attentionnés envers leurs locataires. Luxus-Urlaub mit grossem Erholungswert
Die Villa von Thierry und Valerie hält, was Bilder, Beschreibung und die Bewertungen versprechen. Sehr gute Ausstattung und tolle Lage. Luxus, den man sich im Urlaub gerne leisten mag. Ist das Geld wert. Die Übergabe war sehr freundschaftlich und zügig. Keine langen "Belehrungen" etc., dafür ein hilfreicher Hausordner und jederzeit Hilfe per Whatsapp oder telefonisch im Laufe des Urlaubs. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet, die Kinder liebten den Eiswürfelspender am Kühlschrank! Die Klimatisierung haben wir sanft heruntergeregelt, aber war trotzdem ein wertvoller Beitrag dafür, dass man bei der Hitze draussen nachts erholsam schlafen kann. Die Schlafzimmer alle sehr schön eingerichtet, Bäder auch prima. Der Pool bot eine willkommene Abkühlung nach unseren Ausflügen (viele schöne Ziele in der Nähe, u.a. die Lagunen (Flamingos!), Cap d'Agde, der Canal du Midi, die Wohngebiete...). Der Supermarkt Hyper-U in 10min Fahrminuten war riesig und hatte ALLES. Der Strand ist in 10min Laufweite. Ob wegen Corona oder auch sonst: Es war sehr entspannt und nicht überlaufen. Viele schöne Muscheln, heller Sand, sanfter Einstieg ins Wasser. Ganz prima auch für unsere Kinder. Wir waren wirklich begeistert von Haus und den Eigentümern. Nur der Form halber: Rückerstattung der Kaution ging schnell und problemlos. Ich kann das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Toller Urlaub vorprogrammiert. Merci beaucoup!

la villa est superbe, fonctionnelle et conforme à l annonce. il ne manque rien. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du terrain de pétanque les enfants étaient ravis. Wir durften mit unseren zwei kleinen Hunden 5 Tage über Auffahrt 2019 in dieser traumhaften Villa verbringen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, alles war liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
