Fine for the one night
The hotel was ok for one night. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was small but well decorated and clean. The issue was the additional charge for parking which came as a surprise upon check-in.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The price was expensive for the quality, We requested a second night and was told it would be breakfast included for the second day, Upon check out we were given a bill for an additional 25 euros for the breakfast. The proprietor denied telling us the 140 euro did not include breakfast.

Nice hotel near Marina area
Nice hotel, and very near the marina, etc in Cap D'Agde. The staff were very helpful with suggestions on restaurants, taxis, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

one night stopover
it was for a 1 night stopover on the outskirts of Paris on the way back from the south of France. the hotel is very tired and needs a makeover. particularly the bathrooms. I am not complaining at all but there was no plug in the sink and only 2 towels. there was also a hairdryer in the bathroom but no where to plug it in. however as I was only stopping for one night it was of no concern to me. the bed was lovely and comfortable I have no complaints there at all. all in all a fairly pleasant stay

The room was nice and clean. The staff at reception lovely and the location absolutely fantastic. However we could not stay more than one night as the dated aircon was extremely loud.

The place to sleep
Room is clean. Location is good. If you just expect place to sleep from this hotel, I can recommend you. The problem is the staff. Only one staff can speak English. And even in the emergency case, most of the staff will not speak English and do not call the staff that can speak English. Consequently, they are totally useless in the cases that you need communication with in English.

Good position
We had room 40 which had a small balcony with room for 2 chairs and a table. The room had everything we needed Our only complaints would be that Internet was a little intermittent and the room was noisy overlooking the roundabout. We would book again as the hotel is in a good position near to the bars and restaurants

Bien situé, service client à améliorer
Nous sommes arrivés vers 12h30 à l'hôtel, qui était fermé. Pas de réception entre midi et 14h00... Nous avons appelé le numéro d'urgence, qui nous a répondu qu'ils étaient en pause déjeuner. Durant l'appel, nous avons pu entrer en passant avec des clients. La dame que nous avions au téléphone ne nous a pas interdit de poser nos affaires mais nous a indiqué, à maintes reprises, que son établissement ne pourrait pas être tenu responsable de ce qui pouvait advenir à nos bagages. Après avoir mis fin à l'appel, nous avons rencontré une de leurs femmes de ménage qui a gentiment accepté qu'on mette nos bagages dans un local technique fermé. Au checkout, durant notre feedback, la réceptionniste, possiblement la directrice, nous a reproché d'avoir fait du forcing auprès de la femme de ménage, mais nous étions loins du forcing... C'est bien sa femme de ménage qui a trouvé la solution à notre problème et nous la remercions encore pour cela. Il serait opportun que la direction de cet établissement se pose les bonnes questions pour tenter de s'améliorer. J'ai bien aimé le panneau à l'entrée "Entrée interdite aux râleurs". Mais ils poussent au crime :))) Au delà du checkin/checkout, l'hôtel est bien situé et propre.

L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre du cap d'Agde proche des restaurants et bars. Parking à dispo à 20€ la journée à proximité. Le staff est très sympa avec de bons conseils pour manger. La chambre est correcte le lit est bon salle de bain est bien. Par contre la moquette et l'odeur dans la chambre ce n'est vraiment pas agréable.
