After a week of travelling we had dirty clothes needing to be laundered. The receptionist said the laundry would be ready the afternoon the day after we arrive. "El hotel no tenía estacionamiento por ampliación, así que asignaron uno ajeno al hotel que cerraban con llave y cada que deseaba acceder uno a su auto había que dar aviso para que alguien fuera a abrir, al inicio me asignaron una habitación fatal, hasta atrás, sin vista de ningún tipo, incluso apestaba a cerveza y al lado un tipo con música alta y borracho, como me quejé y me vieron con mis hijos me asignaron otra mejor ubicada. Lo único rescatable fue el restaurante."
