Bright and comfortable fully equipped duplex next to Puerto de Las Nieves, the beach and the natural pools.

The property has two floors. On the ground floor, we find a large fully equipped living room, kitchen, a terrace with furniture and a toilet. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed, one with a single bed and a full bathroom.
Among the general equipment we find Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the property, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and board, bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water heater, juicer and kitchen utensils in general to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay in Gran Canaria.

To highlight the location. Next to Puerto de Las Nieves and the natural pools you can enjoy the sea, all the services and the local gastronomic offer famous throughout the Canary Islands.

Agaete is known for its fresh fish, and seafood, cultivation of tropical fruits such as bananas, avocado, and papaya and its exclusive coffee cultivation, unique in all of Europe due to its climatic characteristics.

Many of the best-known hiking routes start from the town of Agaete. The place is surrounded by mountains and valleys surrounded by nature and a traditional Canarian atmosphere. It is an ideal place to get to know the Island, and enjoy the sea, nature, tranquility, and varied local cuisine with all the necessary services.
