This spacious (95m2) apartment will immerse you in the Moroccan atmosphere with its decoration and warm colors. The rental is ideal for a couple or a family will find their comfort with the equipment and furniture necessary to feel like at home. It consists of a large bedroom, a spacious living room and two bathrooms.

The apartment is ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 people if needed. You will find there in terms of equipment, plasma TV, satellite channels, wifi for internet. The kitchen is equally equipped with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery

Most of this apartment, its large terrace (20m2) which overlooks the Kasbah and the mountain of Agadir lit in the middle of the night. You can enjoy your meals in a relaxing atmosphere with a surprising view of the Kasbah.

At the bottom of the residence you will find the swimming pools (3 are available in the complex) and you will also have the choice of finding a private beach 400 meters from the residence. You will also find a superb Spa / Hammam and beauty salon 5 minutes from the apartment if you wish to try the best Moroccan cosmetic treatments.

The apartment is also located 20km from Taghazoute, which is recognized worldwide as a surf spot.

Jolie appartement, tout à proximité .commerçants, piscine jolie vue sur la.montagne surtout le soir , proche de la mer. Possibilité de faire du bateau et bateau pirate . Bonne communication avec la propriétaire.

Great location and hospitality
This was a great place to stay for a couple of days. Loved the apartment and the location. Very close to the beach and the pools. Thanks to the owner for her communication; she kept contact with me from the beginning and after our stay. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

L'appartement est très bien situé au cœur de la marina, quartier chic et très sécurisé. Tout y est proximité ! Petit plus la boulangerie tafarnout au pied de l'immeuble! l'ambiance est paisible, belle decoration d'intérieur est très bien équipé idéal pour une famille ( lit bébé à disposition) chambre spacieuse, de très belles salles de bains. Un grand merci au papa pour les bonnes adresses et l'accueil chaleureux !! C'est sur nous y reviendrons!

Trés bon séjour ..au top
L'appartement et tel qu'il est décrit dans l'annonce . Bien situé , à la Marina .. proche du port de pêche ..des commerce ... et de la plage . Bien surveillé , on y trouve des gardiens a chaque entré de résidence .. taxi juste à coté ( pour dans la ville prendre un taxi rouge ..avec conteur allumé , cest beaucoup moin couteux ) .. ne pas se précipité sur les activité proposé par les rabatteurs le long de la plage .. bien négocié . Je vous conseil la vallé aux oiseaux qui est gratuit .. ainsi que crocoparc hor de la ville .. cest un taxi blanc qui faudra prendre (prix a négocier ..pas plus de 200drh..allé retour) Il y a aussi le souk al had ..en taxi rouge avec conteur pas plus de 20drh l'allé.. et prené le temp de visité et de négocié .. il y a de tout .. surtout si vous souhaitez acheter de la nourriture .. il y a fruits et légumes .. pain .. et viandes .. ou le magasin marjane Sinon voila au top .. si je retourne a agadir c cette location que je reprenderais sans hésité .

Great place to stay
We spent 4 days at Agadir at this Marina appartment. We appreciated the cleanliness of space and all furnitures which are recent. The main advantage is the location itself, close to all touristic places and still calm inside. Aicha was very helpful while planning the visit. Car parking was also convenient. It was our 2nd time at Agadir, we really appreciated and would be happy to come again

FANTASTIQUE !
Wahooo! Such a lovely place. We really had a very good time here. The flat was very big, nicely decorated and very clean. It was more beautiful than we expected and than showed in the pics. We were very well surprised. The Marina also has it all, so clearly the best spot of Agadir. The hosts were very lovely, very helpful and kind to us. We definitely would love to come back. Thank you for all the good care.

Nous avons passé 3 jours formidables dans ce sublime appartement. Les pièces sont grandes et très bien décorées avec un mélange de style marocain et occidental. Les literies sont très confortables et les deux salles de bain sont très bien agencées. On s'y sent vraiment chez soi. L’appartement est situé dans le meilleur quartier d'Agadir, la Marina d'Agadir qui dispose d'un port de plaisance agréable ainsi que de plusieurs restaurants, bars et boutiques. Nul besoin de voiture. Plage d'Agadir à 2 pas. Ce qui nous a enchanté le plus c’est l’accueil chaleureux de Sab ainsi que son aide. Elle a su se montrer très disponible avant, pendant et même après notre séjour. Merci encore à elle ! Expérience à renouveler sans hésiter ! ---------------------------------------- We spent 3 days at Sab's apartment and had a lovely time. The apartment is tastefully decorated and the beds were firm with lovely soft pillows and very clean bedding. The apartment is located in the best area of Agadir, Marina Agadir, which includes several restaurants, bars, spas etc.. So no need for a car, everything is within walking distance. Above all, I have to say that Sab was one of the most attentive and helpful hosts of anywhere we've stayed. She was prompt in responding to our questions regarding our stay, helped us organize our arrival to Agadir and gave us the warmest welcome. We would definitely visit her again. Highly recommended.

Excellent sejour
L'appart est neuf et super joliment meublé. En pleine Marina vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pas de la plage. Il est a 15min en voiture du centre de la ville et le quartier ou il se situe est très sécurisé. Les clim fonctionnent bien si jamais il fait très chaud ce qui relativement rare à Agadir (25 degrés en moyenne). La propriétaire est très aimable et aux petits soins si jamais vous avez besoin de qlq chose. Good value for money. A recommander vivement.

Bel appartement, bien situé dans la Marina d'Agadi
Appartement tres sympa, propre et spacieux. L'appartement est bien équipé et tout confort (TV, lave-linge, ...). A 200m de tous les restaurants et café côté Marina. La belle plage d'Agadir est à 300m. La résidence a 3 belles piscines bien entretenues et surveillées par un maitre nageur (pratique pour les enfants !). Pour se rendre en ville, rien de plus simple, on a toujours des taxis à 2 pas de l'entrée pour pas cher et à 5 minutes en voiture on est dans le centre d'Agadir. Les propriétaires ont été charmants, tres serviables (ils nous ont aidé pour notre transfert de l'aéroport, femme de ménage/cuisinière, ...). Le top, 15 jours dans la résidence, très sympa.
